Refund policy

We only accept returns for items that were damaged or defective upon delivery. If you received a damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@momandpopsgeneral.store with photos of the damage, and we will arrange the return and issue a full refund or replacement. All other sales are final. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
